Columns in any window can be hidden or displayed by right-clicking on the header row, selecting "Columns" on the pop-up menu and then "Customize".
You will then see a list of all columns in whichever window you have selected.
To hide a column, remove the checkmark and then close the Columns box clicking "OK". The column can always be added again by right-clicking on the header row, selecting "Columns", and placing a checkmark next to the column.
