Step 2: How Do You Want To Trade MetaTrader?

To login and trade using the Metatrader desktop platform, please:

  1. If you have not done so already, download Metatrader 4.
  2. Install it on your computer.
  3. Launch the Metatrader trading software and login using your Username and Password you received when opening your demo account.

Note: Your firewall/antivirus might ask you for your confirmation before allowing the Metatrader software to run.

Caution: Be sure to download MetaTrader 4 even if you have it on your computer. MetaTrader 4 needs to connect to GCI’s pricing and execution. By re-downloading the software, you are enabling this connection.

MetaTrader 4 for IOS

  1. Download "MetaTrader 4" from the App Store.
  2. Tap "Login to an existing account".
  3. Tap on "GCI-Demo" and enter your username and password

Metatrader 4 for Android

  1. Download "MetaTrader 4" from the Android Store.
  2. Enter "GCI" in the search field and select the appropriate server from the list.
  3. In "Server" select "GCIFinancial Demo".
  4. Tap "Sign in" to start trading.

Step 2: How Do You Want To Trade ActTrader?

To login and trade using the ActTrader desktop platform, please:

  • If you have not done so already, download the exe installation file.
  • Install it on your computer.
  • Launch the "GCI" trading software and when you see the "Connect to GCI" window, and select "ActTrader Demo"
  • enter the Username and Password you received when opening your demo account.

Note: Your firewall/antivirus might ask you for your confirmation before allowing the ActTrader software to run.

To trade your ActTrader account from a web browser:

  1. Click on the "Launch ActTrader Web Trading" button below.
  2. In the new page that opens, enter the Username and Password you received when opening your demo account.

  1. Download "GCiTrader" from the App Store.
  2. Once the app starts, enter your Login and Password.
  3. In "Account type" select "demo.36".
  4. Tap "Sign in" to start trading.

AcTrader 4 for Android

  1. Download "GCI ActTrader" from the Android Store.
  2. Once the app starts, enter your Login and Password.
  3. In "Server" select "ActTrader Demo".
  4. Tap "Sign in" to start trading.
